The game’s story is about A CHYOA adventure from the POV of the world’s greatest mechanic, lover, wise guy, agent, and everything in between. Designed with replayability in mind, journeys through the criminal underworld over and over again. A faction-based storyline with several gangs to explore and interact with. In Gotham Mechanic, every decision matters.​

Party at Brewer Hall! A new adventure from the angle of a lost MC, or a pawn of Sofia. The party at Brewer Hall has more content than the original Sofia job, spilt over two sides. However, the main focus of the update is the new PHONE SYSTEM. Much cleaner, and with room for improvement. There are ten phone screens to unlock, see if you can find them all. I also fixed a few bugs and added the Spectre and Olivia content I should have added last time. Leave a comment if there’s any character you think deserves a phone screen added, and I just might next time.

The Koreatown Heist! A whole new heist to complete in a whole new area. A new achievement system to help navigate was also created. CHOOSE YOUR CHARACTER was also implemented. There’s four actors at the moment, but feel free to suggest another actor if you’d like to see that. I had to backtrack quite a bit for this update, I scanned the game twice, but I was bound to miss something. Leave a comment if you find anything, or just have a suggestion. You could also talk to me in the NEW DISCORD!!! A better way to communicate.

The customer update! Now with over 14 customers total with a new reputation system to make your choices that much more valuable. There’s also an office where you can now purchase equipment and specialists to help unlock said new customers. I’m mainly concerned with balancing issues for those that don’t do the heist, so please leave a comment if you soft lock yourself or if you actually found it nice.

Developer Notes:

The first release, I’m as excited as you are. I plan on another release soon, but I am at the point where I NEED feedback. If possible, leave a comment on whatever path you like the most. Any issues you find, anything you particularly liked, Should I write more and put less visuals?, I’m here for every kind of feedback. I also plan to port this to neocities to forego the download process if enough people would want that. The worst thing you could tell me is “They hit the second tower…” I tested the zip on a seperate system to the one I worked on, but someone’s still bound to have an issue.
