Acerola Games released a new game called NTR Sister Chika and the version is 1.00. The game’s story is about A place in modern Japan. Siblings living peacefully and without inconvenience: Kazuki Matsumoto and Chika Matsumoto. Their mother passed away when they were young, and their father works far away due to his transferable job. The two live together amicably. Chika loves Kazuki but always ends up acting curt towards him. While wanting to change this about herself, she goes through her daily life. One day after school, Chika goes to pick up Kazuki so they can go home together.

However, she witnesses Kazuki being called behind the school building by a girl from his class. Secretly following them, she sees Kazuki being confessed to by the girl. Fortunately, it seems Kazuki turned her down, but Chika thinks that if she keeps living like this, her brother might get taken away by another girl!? So she quickly decides to take action. That night, Chika confesses her feelings to Kazuki and tries to get close to him. Giving in to the situation, Kazuki ends up accepting her feelings. Although Kazuki accepts Chika, he believes that just going with the flow and getting into a relationship with her is not right.

So, he tells Chika to wait a little before they start dating. Kazuki decides to take the time to properly reconsider his and Chika’s feelings and make a decision by Chika’s birthday. Chika agrees to wait, but… While being left in an uncertain state, other boys start getting closer to Chika. Will Kazuki and Chika be able to end up together safely?
