Secrets of the Family [v0.2.6A] By Stiffman Games

Stiffman Games Games released a new game called Secrets of the Family and the version is 0.2.6A. The game’s story is about “Hi… My name is Angela…” Angela and Rayne have been moving from city to city, trying to escape Angela’s past. Angela moves close to her family, where she can feel a little safer and maybe not have to worry about her past catching up with her, or maybe not? This is Rayne’s story, about running, triumphs, and failures. Will she accept what she finds out about Angela, or will she just keep going and running from the past?​

Game Version Changelog:

STAGE ONE:

• Navigation System for inside the home at stage 1 – will have more after this beta release
• Minigames including the clickbait game – these can be skipped
• Difficulty Levels
• A tutorial… Lots of work went into this 
• Quests to complete (Working on a quest system and log)
• Multi-Protagonists after stage 1.
• Some animations
• About 4 hours of playtime (Each stage will increase the overall gameplay time)

Developer Notes:

Secrets of the Family will be updated at least monthly, whether small or big. Each version will have a changelog so that you can see the overall development. This version is still semi-incomplete, as the phone system does not work quite yet…

This story has been written about a year ago, and this is my second full game developed in renp’y. This so far has taken about 9 months to produce and program. Including all the images, navigation system, minigames, etc.
