Game Version Changelog:

v1.3.5
CG & Visual Overhaul

  • Complete CG Refresh Every single CG in the game—over 600 in total—has been checked and retouched. Some changes are small (lighting, skin tone, color balance), others more noticeable. The goal was to clean up older renders and bring the whole game up to a more consistent quality. With a little AI help, I’ve edited in better skin and hair textures to the CGs.
  • Nathan’s Redesign Fully Integrated Nathan’s updated look is now reflected across all his CGs. Old images have been replaced or reworked to match his new design. That includes every scene from his earliest appearances to the end of the previous update.

Story & Content Revisions

  • Frank’s “Wall of Photos” Rewritten This scene at the end of Frank’s route has been reworked, and the photos on the wall has been removed. Instead, I have planted something else. It still captures the same moment, but with a cleaner flow and a less “on-the-nose” delivery.
  • Nathan’s Cinema Scene Expanded You now have a choice during the cinema outing—either lean into a more intimate moment or keep things on a friendly basis. The addition helps bring his route in line with the how things work in the other paths.
  • Jack’s Bonus Day Properly Integrated Jack’s previously standalone bonus scene is now fully slotted into the previous update. If you’ve unlocked him, you can now choose him for the day like any other character.
  • Dialogue Bits of dialogue during the party sequence and throughout the game have been cleaned up. These edits are minor, but help make the flow feel better and the story more consistent.

Systems & Code

  • Relationship Score Adjustments I’ve gone back and tweaked some of the early point-gain logic to better align with future outcomes. These are backend changes, but they should help things track more cleanly as the story progresses.
  • Personality Meter Removed The planned “Oliver Personality Shift” system was shelved. While it sounded great on paper, it quickly ballooned into something that risked derailing development. Too many variations, too little payoff—for now, it’s on the shelf.

Bonus Content

  • Nathan’s Downtown Adventures A new bonus story exploring one of Nathan’s infamous late-night escapades. It’s tied to something he references at the party and gives you a fun side peek into what he gets up to off-screen.
  • Strip Blackjack A new standalone mini-game—completely separate from the main story. You’ll face off against different characters in blackjack. Every round you win, they lose a piece of clothing. Lose, and, well… you know how it goes. Just some silly fun.

Developer Notes:

This visual novel is a one-man-show, first of my (currently empty) collection. There will be chapter based updates, and tweaks and fixes where the need occurs. It has been a learning curve on writing, coding and rendering images that hopefully does it justice. The game is still in it’s early stages, but most of the stories are already planned out. It will be updated by chapters as I finish them.
