cloudcakecherry Games released a new game called Apartment Security Hero and the version is 0.1.1.3. The game’s story is about Apartment Security Hero is currently in development. In Apartment Security Hero, you work a boring security job in a seemingly ordinary apartment complex, but everything takes a turn when a mischievous program gains control over your life. Blackmailed with life ruining information, you’re forced to carry out the program’s whims by seducing the residents of the apartment. Navigate relationships, explore the area, and uncover the mystery surrounding the program itself. Will you live up to the the daemons demands?​

Bugs

• Dae should now have a black background and pink text.
• Player could start a new instance of the arrow match minigame while an existing instance of the arrow match minigame was already playing.
• Choosing dreamworld options, leaving, then returning back to the dreamworld and picking different options soft locked the game unless you picked the same options as before.
• Pressing the talk bubble would queue multiple dialogues instead of just one at a time for some NPCs.
• Pressing the talk bubble would not disable it while text was appearing.
• Chat box text could be queued into different characters.
• Some dreamworld items weren’t specifying correct information.
• Some tooltips were showing text artifacts.
• Zooming wasn’t working properly.
• You could interrupt the arrow match minigame by clicking a button behind the minigame’s UI.
• Apartment 2 character h scenes had incorrect requirements.

• Hidden item functionality. (Use the magnifying glass to reveal and pick up hidden items.
• Milestone based unlocks
• Magnifying glass that makes characters naked when looked through, also allows the player to pick up hidden items.
• Event that allows players to go on a date with an NPC. Ends in h scene upon success (first try is guaranteed success, then resets and increases a little every time you use it).
• Procrastination button ends the day without a virus bar increase based on a success chance.
• WASD available for scrolling the camera instead of the mouse.
• New rent system:* Have rent due at the end of the week. If you don’t have enough money, then the game ends.
• Reason: once you unlock all dreamworld abilities, you can just select the virus bar down option and the money down option, which makes the virus bar obsolete. Adding a rent system forces you to pay attention to the amount of money you have. I may need to adjust the numbers in the future.
• Zoom code has been updated so zooming in is not as janky as before (zoom now zooms in on mouse position rather than moving the camera around).
