• Change how the script is loaded from CSV files to markdown files and change how the game reads actions
• Replace Unity’s UI scaling with my own (way better) solution

and then for actually updating the game, there are probably too many changes to list, but some other notable changes include

• Completely redo the backgrounds (again)
• Add in more character sprites. Feral sprites. macro sprites. different versions of current sprites. improving old sprites.
• add a new item that will be used and be a major component later in the game
• Add in some new scenes to the beginning part of the game
• Add in global scenes that can be revisited any time in the story (for things like stores or places where you can turn in a quest)
• increase the length of the public build

Still lots planned for this VN. I try to get some work in on it when I can in my spare time. It’s proving to be a bit more ambitious than my last one but hopefully in the end it’ll be worth it.
