CSdev Games released a new game called Cultivation Spiral and the version is Release 1c. The game’s story is about Step into a world not too different from our own. Befriend a cast of characters from all walks of life, each with their own struggles and their own insights into the big puzzle of reality. Find romance together, and discover how wonderful the universe can be when you have somebody to share it with. But before the flower of love can fully bloom, tragedy strikes. The small dramas of your everyday life are overshadowed by a malevolent plot, an unavoidable doom, and a mysterious phenomenon. Your carefree days cannot last forever.

In order to take back what was lost, you will need to change. Develop your skills, use all the tools at your disposal, and learn what you can from your companions. Seek mastery over yourself, over society, and over the so-called laws of reality. With perseverance, there is no limit to what you can accomplish. You will be something more than human. Cultivation Spiral is an incremental game with visual novel elements. Every day, you choose who you spend time with and what you do together. Depending on your choices, you gradually develop skills which allow you to do more and do it better. Eventually, this will lead to scenes where you deepen your relationships. The game has romance scenes for any combination of male and female protagonists and love interests (although as of this writing, not all combinations have art assets in the included image pack). The game’s visual assets are created with AI assistance. The game’s music and sound effects are from the Creative Commons, and the credits for their creators may be found in the game’s assets folder.

Because the player continually gets more and more powerful, all content can be seen by just playing the game casually. However, by using your time wisely, it’s possible to complete the game in a smaller number of in-game days. If you manage to figure out a particularly fast route, then feel free to send your save file to the developer, and you might be included in the next release’s leaderboard! The game will also inform you if you manage to beat the developer’s high score.

Developer Notes:

This is the initial release, which contains the entire first “arc” of the story. It’s still a bit unpolished, and the sex scenes for female protagonists and male love interests aren’t done yet. But if you’re a fan of strategic multiplier-stacking, the gameplay might prove to be engaging in its own right!
