Mount Swell Games released a new game called Demon Lord Alice and the version is Ch.4 1.2 + Patch. The game’s story is about Alice, the current Demon Lord of the Demon Realm has heard that a hero is coming to kill her! What will she do? Well, she’ll go to him, of course! And anyone who opposes her on the way will be drained to add to her power! Nothing will stop her; be they goddess or titan! Balance Patch 2
Skill changes:
- Vidhu’s skills now deal more damage
- Alice’s ‘Inget’ spell has been buffed by a ton; it now deals a ton more damage (by far the most damaging spell in the game) and is now an AoE spell as well
- Lilith’s upgraded healing skill now heals the team for 40% of their Max HP now instead of a flat 3000 HP
- The MP cost has been increased from 600 to 800
Mechanic changes:
- You can now allocate a lot more points into stats
- You can now get 4k HP (up from 2k), 1.5k MP (Up from 1k) as well as 125 in every other stat (Up from 50)
- The Golden Ritual item now buffs the whole party and not just Alice
- The party members will gain stats at half the speed (I.e. when Alice gains 100 HP, they get 50 HP)
Enemy changes:
- Reduced the stats of the Secret Boss as well as the minion she summons
- Reduced the stats of the final boss (All phases)
- Reduced the stats of the option boss rush bosses
- Changed the way stat formulas worked, which led to a blanket sweep of all enemies’ stats and reduced most of them by around ~15%
Status Changes:
- The enemy version of the ‘Light Sickness’ debuff is no longer permanent and is instead only 4 turns
Item changes:
- The ‘Devil’s Ring’ item has been rebalanced to give more stats (50 in all stats aside from defense, up from 30) as well as give 10 both defense stats (Up from -30). The ring’s debuff (Take 50% more damage) has also been reduced, you now only take 33% more damage instead
- The ‘Critical Brooch’ item now has stats and the debuff to defenses has been reduced from 100% more damage taken down to 50% more damage taken
Minor Changes:
- The coastal village in Chapter 1 and the Side Chapter is now just called ‘Coastal Village’ rather than having no name at all
Bugfixes:
- Fixed various clipping issues
- Magic shop in the Side Chapter no longer makes you leave a different building
- Fixed a tunnel in a graveyard in the Side Chapter that you can now enter (It’s in Yrmir, one of the ruined towns)
- Fixed the issue where you couldn’t enter one of the towns in the Side Chapter via the overworld
- It would just say “WIP” when trying to enter
- You can no longer use the ‘Corrupted Tears’ item outside of battle
- It wasn’t intended and using it outside of battle led to a gamebreaking glitch
- Fixed a bug where if you returned to Chapter 2 after beating it, you would get a message telling you that you have completed the demo
