Mini Guide for Nao’s route:

Talk to The Trio on Saturday morning to get to know Nao.
Go to the gym on weekday morning and talk to Viola 58 to start gym session, talk to Nao while at it.
Talk to Nao and hangout with her until you unlock direct interaction with her in the morning (no need to talk to Viola 58).
Hangout on the second floor with Nao once, through direct interaction (talk to her while she’s on the mill).
New option to continue Nao’s route available, meet The Trio, unlock their interaction on Saturday morning.
You can now hangout with The Trio.

Small guide:

You finish the current main story on Thursday and will start a new day on Friday.
At the moment, Mia-Dana-Elise-Morgana’s schedules are not yet rebuilt so you won’t see them at home. Sorry.
So you only go home and use the bed to progress time.
You can’t talk to Nao yet. Go to the gym on Saturday morning and talk to the trio (Nao, BaaM, Kyouka), you will see a sign on the door.
You can now talk to Nao on weekdays if you workout at the gym.
Go to the gym on Sunday and workout, you will talk to Viola 58 for a bit.
Go to the gym on weekdays and workout, you can talk to Nao while working out.
Go home and sleep til next day and go to the gym to progress Nao’s route. Talk to Morgana for one time cheat (money).
Patreon members can go find Fiona 49 in the VIP Lounge for money (at the VIP reception).
Continue progressing with Nao’s route until you can have sex with her.
Direct interaction with Nao is now unlocked at the gym and the VIP Lounge.
You can now talk directly to Nao at the gym and have sex with her on the 2nd floor, you still need to pay Viola 58 for maintenance fee (500 gil).
You can now talk directly to Nao in the VIP Lounge for a private dance (with juicy dick physics), left click on her to change dance moves.
