Porchlight Games released a new game called Lease with Benefits and the version is 0.2.0. The game’s story is about You’re Alex, arriving at your new home with a suitcase and a fresh start. Your new roommates are waiting, and the town around you is full of people to meet. Over a four-week preview you talk, flirt and spend your days across town, and your choices decide who you grow close to. Each day is split into time slots. Use the map to visit places around town and inside the house,
such as the cafe, library, gym, park, school, office and bar. Relationships build through four tiers: Acquaintance, Friendly, Close, Devoted. The first four main character stories have begun (Marianne, Frankie, Claire, Nora). Supporting characters are still early in development. More locations, characters and story content are planned. All characters are adults (18+). Adult content can be turned off in Preferences.
