Lumens (leader Vesira): Rituals and purification led by: Isolde): The shelter’s most dangerous balance. A half-religious, half-scientific power. They believe intense light can suppress mutations, and they chase their goals through purification rituals that sit on the edge of experimentation. Vesira is the political face. Isolde is the authority behind the rites – “the Voice of the Light.” Getting close to the Lumens can bring huge advantages… or a heavy cost.

Gameplay revolves around your core stats: SEC / REP / INTEL / STR. The currency is VEX. Your choices and your stats shape dialogues, events, and which paths open to you. The gate loop moves day by day, but each decision stacks up and pushes the story in new directions. What you choose today can come back as a bill tomorrow.

You don’t just let Outsiders in – you can also hire them. Recruits give you real bonuses: some strengthen security, some boost production, others help on the information side. But every recruit comes with a cost. Each person you bring onto your team means a weekly VEX wage/expense. So “take everyone” will absolutely ruin you. Money management matters: when your VEX drops, your options shrink, risk rises, and control slowly starts slipping out of your hands
