lustoria Games released a new game called Other Side: Mop & Mayhem and the version is 0.4.3b. The game’s story is about Welcome to Other Side: Mop & Mayhem! An 18+ game that blends multiple genres, with a strong focus on rogue-lite and survival elements. Go on dates with the heroines, explore the Other Side, and train under the master janitor to unlock new abilities. And that’s just the beginning!
People have been disappearing without a trace in the city—and among them is Emily, Ethan’s childhood friend. Determined to find her, Ethan and his friends embark on a dangerous expedition into the Other Side, an eerie and twisted version of their world. The story unfolds through two perspectives: Ethan’s journey, filled with action, combat, and exploration. Emily’s struggle, where survival and corruption mechanics come into play.

Gameplay:
- Heavily upgraded combat system (more details below).
- New enemy and chest spawner – the system now dynamically selects enemies, their statuses, and chests for the shard.
- 1-out-of-3 system for toys and panties – a controlled randomness option that you can manage using Abyss Coins.
- Shard selection control – can now also be managed using Abyss Coins.
- Added an Equipped Toys/Panties viewer screen.
- Added a Guide Screen (not full-blown tutorials, but it’ll help you navigate the game much better).
- Advanced Gab system – the party now talks during expeditions, reacting to the context and current main objectives.
General:
- Chest loot rebalance.
- Tweaked some toy effects.
- Fixed the bug where toy effects wouldn’t apply instantly (at least, I really hope I did).
- Fixed the Danger Level display during expeditions.
- Body Writings are now applied slightly differently.
- Lust rebalance.
- Toy animations are back!
- Spanking reactions are back too! (Though they still need a little polish so they don’t conflict with the “enemy not found” lines).
- Major optimization regarding the ass display.
- Tons of minor fixes and improvements.
- And plenty of things I’ve probably already forgotten about.
- Brand new bugs (If you somehow get stuck somewhere, just use cheats to skip to the next shard. It didn’t happen to me during playtesting, but just in case!).
NTR:
- 2 new pairs of panties for the Rival’s arsenal (one for Akira, one for Rose).
- Added a Rival x Rose interaction (The DvD scene must be watched, and Rival must be in the party).
- Added new Rival monologue lines.
Updated Combat System:
Under the hood, enemies have been completely reworked to promote more positional gameplay + a full status system has been added.
- Enemies now have an indicator showing they are about to attack (red frame – WIP).
- Ethan’s attack disrupts their attack readiness and knocks them back by 1 tile.
- If a knocked-back enemy collides with an impassable tile or another enemy, they take damage.
- Every enemy now has its own distinct behavior pattern.
- Enemies are no longer so passive; each one now has an agro zone and an attack radius (default is 1).
- Traps work differently now (triggered when stepped on — and yes, they hit enemies too!).
Full Enemy Status System:
(Status descriptions, just like everything else, can now always be found on the Guide Screen)
- “Healer” status: Changes enemy behavior, causing them to heal their nearby allies.
- “Ranged” status: Increases the enemy’s attack radius.
- “Poisoned” status: Deals damage to the enemy at the start of each turn.
