The game’s story is about Kakurezumi Village is a hidden settlement inhabited solely by beautiful, kind-hearted, and free-spirited oni girls—a place beyond the realm of humans.
Men who stumble into this village from the outside world are called marebito (rare visitors) and are allowed to take any of the village’s girls as their bride. Oniyome—the brides of oni. Renowned since ancient times as the ideal wives, they are said to be unmatched in beauty and virtue, treasures no amount of gold could ever buy. Sora, a young man with no family or ties to the world, fell while hiking and found himself transported across time and space.
He was rescued by Okinu, the village chief of Kakurezumi. “I’m afraid I don’t know how to send you back to your world. For now, live here in the village and take a wife.” And so began Sora’s new life in Kakurezumi Village. But which of the oni girls would he choose as his oniyome?..
