Developer Notes:

For those who want to cheat or unlock everything right away, you can use the debug console! Go to the Settings menu and click on the Debug button. You can also press the tilde key (~) and it will bring up the debug console. It is a bit buggy, but it works. To close the debug console, type “exit” or press the tilde key again.
