• Hi. Lex Catenae here.
• I’ll start with the obvious: I’m not a porn artist.
• I’m primarily a concept artist, and erotic CGs are still fairly new territory for me. I’m not particularly happy with the current quality yet, so… yeah. I’m working on it.
• Somehow, after spending around seven years playing eroge, I ended up making one myself.
• I know. Great decision.
• WTF is an actual long-term project, not a random weekend prototype that escaped containment.
• This build is Tech Preview 0.1 / Initial Zone Release.
• It’s basically a proof of concept for the core systems, basic UX, sprites, UI, and the general visual direction of the game.

There is no actual story yet.

• Some graphics are placeholders.
• Some things are WIP.
• Some systems are rough.
• Save compatibility between early builds is absolutely not something I would bet money on.
• I’m also not a programmer.
• Most of the code is AI-assisted. I design the systems, write the tasks, test everything in runtime, break things, ask why they broke, and try to keep the whole thing from becoming sentient.
• The current plan is:
• Tech Preview updates -> polishing -> proper Vertical Slice -> actual game.
• Soft target for the Vertical Slice is before the end of 2026.
• Soft target.
• Please stare at that word for a moment.
• Story pre-production will happen alongside VS development. After that, I plan to release the game chapter by chapter, possibly several chapters at once depending on how production goes.
• Monetization-wise, I currently have no plans for paywalled builds or early-access versions.
• If I ever open paid support, it’ll most likely be for devlogs, concept-art previews, sneak peeks and other mostly useless development junk.
• Game builds themselves will be released when they’re ready.
