This game revolves around taking in girls who have fled from another world to the protagonist’s house, and examining them to make sure none of them are exhibiting signs of “Succubus-ification.” The “Succubus Virus” is spreading rapidly across various worlds, and the protagonist’s house has become a safe zone protected by the power of angels.
Seeking refuge, girls from other worlds arrive at your doorstep one after another.
However…
Not all of them are necessarily entirely safe. While living under the same roof with these girls, the player must conduct various physical examinations to check their bodies for any abnormalities. If any symptoms are found, you will need to administer the necessary “treatments.”
Current Development Status
“Who is the Succubus? ~Monster Girl Physical Exam Diary~” is still in development, but the core systems and illustrations are starting to take shape
Right now, we are implementing the scenario and in-game events while tweaking the overall flow and mechanics.
Once these adjustments are a bit further along, we plan to release a playable Demo so you can actually play it and get a feel for the game’s atmosphere!
We will announce the exact release date here on Ci-en as soon as it’s ready.
