• Custom-designed turn-based combat: simple mechanics with a twist. • This is a ~10 minute tech demo / concept version of the game! This means that there is still a lot of placeholder art, features which are not implemented fully (or at all), and that the game is in an extremely early development phase. The idea is to showcase a slice of what’s planned for the game with the goal of testing the system and gathering feedback.

• INSTRUCTIONS!! (Please read me before playing!)
• Please review the screenshots for guidance on the screen layout, buttons, and tooltip locations.
• All of the buttons in the lower-right section of the screen have tooltips when you hover over them. The tooltips appear in the top section of the screen.
• Once you find equipment, either in one of the rooms or as a drop from an enemy, you can click on the weapon / armor / accessory slot to change your equipment. Each piece of equipment comes with its own stat bonus, so watch how your stats change when you switch items around.
• Armor is super important because it provides you with Armor Points which absorb damage! Whenever you reach 0 Armor Points with a piece of armor, a Downstate happens. Some of the clothing will be damaged and you will replenish full Armor Points and mana. All armor can break 3 times, each with its own portrait image, before it reaches its “final form”.
• This system is meant to be exploited by using your abilities to the fullest and waste all your mana before your current armor breaks. Combat is deadly so don’t hold back! And if your current armor is fully broken, consider switching to a different armor so you can make use of its separate Armor Point pool.
